Very questionable service. Deliberate wrong advice is given to sell more and double cost to the customer.

Verkoopster zei dat de op de verfpot aangegeven hoeveelheid maar volstond voor 1 verflaag, terwijl we na uitvoering van de schilderwerken konden vaststellen dat die hoeveelheid volstond voor 2 verflagen. Door dit onjuiste advies dus het dubbele aan dure Boss verf gekocht dan nodig was. Als men voor dergelijke essentiële zaken al niet meer kan vertrouwen op het advies van de verkoper...
Exactly the same experience as Wim Hoste. The saleswoman said that the amount indicated on the paint pot was only sufficient for 1 coat of paint, while after carrying out the paintwork we could determine that that amount was sufficient for 2 layers of paint. Because of this incorrect advice, I bought double the expensive Boss paint than was necessary. If one can no longer rely on the advice of the seller for such essential matters ...
