G	Gerhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer aangename verkoper, ik ging binnen voor 2 modellen van horloges. Jammer genoeg en tegen de wil van de verkopers zelf is er echt teveel vraag naar bepaalde modellen waardoor mijn persoonlijke keuze niet binnen was en ik voor mezelf elders op zoek moet. De verkoper heeft me wel een model laten passen omdat ik niet heel zeker was of de grootte zou werken aan mn pols, waarvoor ik zeer dankbaar ben want nu staat mijn keuze zeker vast voor mijn droom horloge. Het andere horloge was een lady datejust en na het tonen van enkele horloge's was ik direct verkocht. Omdat het een cadeau was had ik al onderzoek gedaan op voorhand en wist ik precies wat ik wenste. Ik zal hier zeker terugkeren voor een eventuele servicing in de toekomst. Beste mensen verwacht niet dat alle modellen steeds binnen zijn, dankzij gray marketdealers wordt het steeds moeilijker voor echte fan's, zoals ikzelf, om je droomwatch te bemachtigen. De verkopers doen echt wel hun best. ik kom zeker nog terug! Very pleasant seller, I went in for 2 models of watches. Unfortunately and against the will of the sellers themselves, there is really too much demand for certain models so that my personal choice was not made and I have to look elsewhere for myself. The seller did let me try on a model because I wasn't very sure if the size would work on my wrist, for which I am very grateful because now my choice is definitely made for my dream watch. The other watch was a lady datejust and after showing a few watches I was immediately sold. Since it was a gift, I had already researched beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return here for any servicing in the future. Dear people, don't expect all models to be in all the time, thanks to gray market dealers it is getting harder and harder for real fans, like myself, to get your dream watch. The sellers really do their best. I will definitely be back!
E	Evi De Kezel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij WAREN klant bij Colman... AL 2 maal willen ze mij en mijn man niet verder helpen... We worden buitengekeken en luisteren zelfs niet naar de vraag. Verkoopster deed enorm uit de hoogte en maakte assumpties. Na het contacteren van de winkel om onze ervaring te delen krijgen we geen gehoor.. Er zijn andere zaken in Antwerpen waar ze je beter helpen ( en waar we nog geen klant zijn) Ik wacht nog steeds op een mailtje of telefoon We WERE a customer of Colman... AL 2 times they don't want to help me and my husband any further... We are ignored and do not even listen to the question. The saleswoman was very over-the-top and made assumptions. After contacting the store to share our experience, we get no response. There are other places in Antwerp where they can help you better (and where we are not yet a customer) I'm still waiting for an email or phone

Houden hun woord voor aankoop nieuw en service op horloge die niet bij hen aangekocht is, niets is teveel. Als klant voelde ik mij hier koning. Very nice business, friendly, professional staff that takes time for the customer. Keeping their word for purchase new and service on watch not purchased from them, nothing is too much. As a customer I felt like a king here.

Not gonna spend 13k without the smile that comes with it. The worst is that I'm already a customer in this shop
S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 10,500 euros watch on Saturday, which they promised to send to me today (Monday). The watch has not been sent and there have been no replies from Colman to my many emails. Looks totally unprofessional, if not like a scam. Avoid like the plague.
