★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis présenté hier au magasin de Saint-Ghislain avec une légère appréhension par rapport au avis déposé ici.
J'ai été remarquablement surpris car la vendeuse est très aimable, sociable, très polis et près à rendre service. Elle a presque retourné le magasin pour nous sans jamais faire une remarque ou soupir et avec un grand sourit.
Je vous le conseil sans hésiter.
J'y retournerais car plus facile pour ce garer avec le parking de la piscine.

I showed up yesterday at the Saint-Ghislain store with a slight apprehension about the opinion posted here.
I was remarkably surprised because the saleswoman is very friendly, sociable, very polite and ready to help. She almost returned the shop for us without ever making a remark or sigh and with a big smile.
I advise you without hesitation.
I would go back because it is easier to park with the pool parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'après vente est vraiment inexistante j'avais reçu un bracelet à 88€ mais malheureusement la maille c'est détendue je me suis donc rendue sur place avec la garantie de celui-ci et il a fallut que je débours 15 euro en plus.
Je suis franchement déçue de L'après vente
After sales is really nonexistent I had received a bracelet at 88 € but unfortunately the mesh is relaxed so I went there with the guarantee of it and I had to pay 15 euro more.
I am frankly disappointed with the after sales

If you are looking for advice on stones and jewelry do not go to this shop. Prefer the one in Mons where you will be well advised and where there is more choice. Oh yes and strangely there is never a Bancontact ...
