Ga NIET in zee met dit bedrijf. after terminating my hosting contract, this rogue company will not return my miner. I've been waiting for weeks, bad service! Do NOT work with this company.

Had mijn order geannuleerd en ze deden het super moeilijk over om mijn geld terug te geven. Later pas hebben ze toch beslist om mijn geld terug te storten. en we zijn inmiddels al bijna weer 2 maanden verder en dit alleen om mijn geld terug te krijgen! Niet normaal wat ik allemaal met hun meegemaakt heb. In heel me leven, heb ik nog nooit zo’n onprofessioneel bedrijf gezien. Ze beantwoorden mijn berichten al 10 dagen niet meer en ik sta op punt om juridische stappen te volgen om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Doe er geen zaken mee! Edit: Klopt, het bedrijf 'Coin Mining Solutions BVBA' heeft geen licentie om hardware te verkopen, daarvoor gebruiken jullie uw andere bedrijf, ''Zabulus BVBA' op naam van ''Toon Craenen'', jullie verkoopmanager, lid van jullie bedrijf. Bought mining case from them and had to wait 2 months for it, while they said it would be in 2 weeks. Had my order canceled and they were super hard to refund my money. Only later did they decide to refund my money. and we are now almost 2 months further and this only to get my money back! Not normal what I've been through with them. In all my life, I have never seen such an unprofessional company. They have not replied to my messages for 10 days and I am about to take legal action to get my money back. Don't do business with it! Edit: That's right, the company 'Coin Mining Solutions BVBA' has no license to sell hardware, for that you use your other company, ''Zabulus BVBA' in the name of ''Toon Craenen'', your sales manager, member of your company.

M	Martin Glettler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have configured the VPN badly, so everyone can access the miners hosted. We waited 4 weeks after delivery of miners until they put it online. They try to charge clients for power which was not consumed.They come up with fictional contract clauses which you never signed. They take, reconfigure and use your hardware and will not return it until you pay for power which you did not use. Be warned. criminal behaviour.

Mid-September i requested an offer for mining hosting and they said OK no problem plz sign our contract. I signed it 1 (or 2) weeks later and they contacted me to deliver my machines. (after sending some reminders) I started to prepare all and also paid DPD for the delivery at the adress in germany they gave me. One month later, they are saying "We changed our prices, now it's +50% !" And today, sorry no capacity anymore => i guess my signed contract is cancelled ? In fact, they are just not respecting their own contracts like many people said bellow -> BE CAREFULL !!! I hope this will help someone else. Your machines are very expensive, so give them to a trusted company.
