Super goed kapsalon, en speciale dank aan Evy die mijn kapsel verzorgt. ???

Zeer aangenaam kapsalon, zeer bekwame, vriendelijke kapsters die hun vak absoluut kennen. Mijn bruidskapsel was af! Ook liet ik mijn nagels verzorgen en gelnagels plaatsen. Dit was zeer goed gedaan, Malika kent haar vak uitstekend. Een absolute aanrader!

Altijd vriendelijk en meer dan tevreden met het eindresultaat. De dames doen niet enkel een prentje na, maar denken actief mee hoe ze het beste uit jouw kapsel kunnen halen (fades, lengte, haardikte, …).

I've booked 4 hours appointment to get my hair dyed light brown ashy...sent photos of my hair in advance as well as the color I want it to be....they told me it's not going to be exactly the same....but also assured me it will remain within the light brown degrees...they bleached half of my hair....and the result is dark brown...it's very dark that I could've bought safe dark amonia free product and it would've been the same result...I've paid the full amount as the owner wasn't there....and the one in-charge left 45 minutes after I arrived and told the rest to handle my hair...I've sent the owner requesting her to fix the color....after a series of emails back and forth...the answer I received was I trust my staff and there is nothing we can do...and blamed it on my own pigment !!! and that if I want it fixed I have to pay again minus 20% discount !!! lol I've paid 240 euros the 1st time...apparently it wasn't enough... If you have the typical Belgian light hair...and you just wanna do the usual...this place can be good enough....if you have Spanish/Italian/Arab like hair...or you're looking for a change...stay away Update: I'm not surprised with your answer...it shows how unprofessional you are....I never used the word "liers" and I'm the one who ended the email discussion informing you you have lost a customer....if anyone is manipulating the events it's you...just like the screen shot of our email agreement below proves...as well as the photo of your skill-lacking work...do you really think you had to bleach half of my hair for this? I dare you to bring up what you claim I left out in my review...luckily everything is in emails !! shame !!!!!
