Je n aurais jamais pensé perdre du poids du moins tenir mes engagements .
Je suis gourmande et pas beaucoup de volonté .j avais pris 12kg
Avec son programme, j ai appris à manger mieux et pourtant , je mange de tout et 5 fois par jour ( même un verre de vin ou un bout de chocolat de temps en temps)
J ai déjà perdu 2,5 kg et pas mal de cm
