Profesionales, super attentif ils s'adaptent à les besoins des horaires de chaque personne. Ils on fait la stérilisation de une lapine. Personnellement sa reste une très bonne adresse pour de prochaines consultations. Gentil et honnêtes.

Super vétérinaire ? J'y suis depuis quelques années et je changerai pour rien au monde. Il connait très bien son travail, cabinet toujours aussi propre. Très gentil avec les animaux, et leurs maitres ? Top du top je recommande à 2000 %

VERY DISAPPOINTING NEVER AGAIN WHAT A NIGHTMARE First of all, make sure you read all the reviews on here, they are not all good and the ones that truly matter are terrifyingly BAD! I'm writing in English to make sure most people understand this, if your pet needs crucial help DON'T GO THERE! If you do decide to go there: 1. I suggest you take in the LOCATION: they're situated in an old building where they adjusted the first floor for their business, but it truly needs to freshened up: cracks in the wall and ceiling, cables hanging from the walls, STUFFY, ... 2. The VETS ALTERNATE each other, which means if your pet needs to stay there you will face a DIFFERENT PERSON almost EVERY TIME you go there. That would be ok if the vets would keep each other informed on all their patients' cases, but that wasn't the case with us. Our cat came in one day quite ok, but had to stay, so got treated by another person the next day who was shocked by his condition, we noticed that she wasn't informed properly about his disease, the damage was done and he died. BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE VETS WHICH RESULTED IN DEATH OF OUR PET. 3. If your pet needs to stay the night you should be aware that there is NO OVERNIGHT SUPERVISION: in our case they really wanted him to stay the night, but he stayed all alone without supervision and he went FROM being OK TO GRAVELY ILL ! 4. THEY DON'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE: the vets speak French but with very heavy accents and they can't explain themselves which is very crucial when you're supposed to inform and reassure the owners of a sick pet. OUR EXPERIENCE: Our cat stopped eating, so we brought him to the clinique. they did some tests and said he had to stay the night. My mother did what she was told, but called during the day to keep informed and the following day to know when she could go get him back. During that short amount of time our cat had seen 4 different vets because their shifts alternated, not out of necessity, each one of them apparently did different procedures, but didn't keep each other informed, but more importantly he had to spend the whole night alone in that empty, cold building and WE DIDN'T KNOW! So when we were asked to come back, they got him out of an isolated place, he hadn't eaten, he hadn't had water, he suddenly couldn't breathe on his own anymore AND THE VET LOOKED SHOCKED!!! SHE WAS SURPRISED !!! WORST OF ALL SHE TOLD US HE WASN'T GONNA MAKE IT! We couldn't believe it. HE WENT FROM OK TO DYING! When he was dead we still wanted to get the results from the tests the different doctors did, to know what actually happened. The vet who had to tell us what his actual cause of death was, was the vet who wanted him to stay the night. We asked for a report of what she had done to treat him on that day and SHE COULDN'T REMEMBER WHAT SHE HAD DONE. She didn't remember if she had fed him or given him water before leaving him all alone for the entire night. She couldn't even properly explain the cause of his death, how could she she wasn't even there when it happened. She did worse though, she BANALIZED HIS CASE by saying: "Ow you know, many cats have these kind of issues. It just happens and IF WE HAD PROPERLY DIAGNOSED HIS ILLNESS it wouldn't have made a difference." You cannot imagine what state my mother was in, absolutely DEVASTATED, she FELT GUILTY FOR TRUSTING AND LEAVING HER DARLING PET IN SUCH INCOMPETENT HANDS. We didn't even get a clear result of the many tests they supposedly took, on that matter they were vague as well... Saying his cause of death could have been many things... VERY DISAPPOINTING NEVER AGAIN WHAT A NIGHTMARE

All the cats of my family members are treated at this clinic. I highly recommend for their professionalism, kindness, patience and understanding. My 4 week old cat, which I adopted after abandonment, was rescued by Dr Miteva who was precise in the diagnosis and treatment. Thanks again !
