Résultat, après m'avoir dit que ma dent n'était plus soignable, le dentiste me dit être obligé de devitaliser ma dent. Ce qui m'a surpris mais je ne suis pas dentiste. En fin de rendez-vous, je lui demande s'il a effectivement bien dévitalisée, il m'a répondu que non. En réfléchissant, je me suis bien dit que c'était impossible. J'ai vérifié par après avec l'accueil, ma dent a bien été devitalisée et nécessite un deuxième rendez-vous pour terminer ce premier soin... ce qui ne m'a pas du tout été annoncé. Mais, j'étais justement censé revenir pour un autre soin sur une autre dent. Dans ces conditions, difficile de maintenir la confiance, mon second rendez-vous est annulé. Je préfère attendre et avoir mal mais pouvoir aller ailleurs. Quite disappointed, I was not patient and arrived by chance for an emergency. Result, after telling me that my tooth was no longer treatable, the dentist told me he had to devitalize my tooth. Which surprised me but I'm not a dentist. At the end of the appointment, I ask him if he has actually devitalized, he replied no. Thinking about it, I told myself that it was impossible. I checked afterwards with the reception, my tooth has been devitalized and requires a second appointment to complete this first treatment... which was not announced to me at all. But, I was just supposed to come back for another treatment on another tooth. Under these conditions, difficult to maintain trust, my second appointment is canceled. I prefer to wait and have pain but to be able to go elsewhere.
