★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service. Paar schoenen na 4 maanden stuk. Kan gebeuren zelfs bij dure schoenen maar de winkel zegt dat ze er niets mee kunnen doen. De schoenen zijn nog geen 10 keer gedragen. Ik begrijp de houding van de winkel niet. Het is niet dat ik er iets vreemds mee gedaan heb ( gesprongen, gevallen...). Het zijn dure schoenen. Waarom niet een gebaar zoals 30% korting op het volgende paar. Dan maak je nog steeds winst en laat je in ieder geval zien dat je iets wilt doen. Service zit in kleine dingen en helaas begrijpen ze dat hier niet.
No service. Pair of shoes after 4 months. Can happen even with expensive shoes but the store says they can't do anything with it. The shoes have not been worn 10 times. I don't understand the attitude of the store. It is not that I have done anything strange with it (jumped, fallen ...). They are expensive shoes. Why not a gesture like 30% off the next couple. Then you still make a profit and at least show that you want to do something. Service is in small things and unfortunately they don't understand that here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Clinic can fix any wardrobe malfunction with their eclectic range of mainsteam designer brands. To list a few: Paul Smith, Diesel, Scotch & Soda, Stone Island, Monclair, Woolrich as well as Ted Baker, Lee, Lewis etc. This is perfect for smart-clasual wear and you will find everything from shoes to hats and cravats. The shop has a fun medical theme with antique (I hope) equipment on display. It is split into two sections with a candy striped "walkway" dividing the Ladies from the Gents section of the store. Perfumes and shoes as in the front and sneakers in the small basement area. Staff seem to like their jobs and are ready to medicate with bold colours and tactile fabrics.
