Het bedrijf is vreselijk slecht in communicatie, ze blijven mij aanmaningen sturen ivm met een factuur die ik al lang heb voltooid. Ik heb hier de bewijzen voor doorgestuurd, maar ze blijven mij lastigvallen.
Ik heb ook gevraagd om mijn contactgegevens te verwijderen en ze blijven mij mails sturen.
Ik dien nu een klacht in bij de gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit door het negeren van mijn vraag.
Stay away from this!
The company is terribly bad at communication, they keep sending me reminders regarding an invoice that I have completed a long time ago. I've forwarded the evidence for this, but they continue to harass me.
I have also asked for my contact details to be removed and they continue to send me emails.
I am now filing a complaint with the data protection authority for ignoring my question.
