Je l'avais mise une seule fois et je l'ai amenée chez eux pour qu'elle soit correctement nettoyée. Quand je suis allée la chercher, elle n'avait plus la même couleur. J'ai dû encore me déplacer deux fois jusqu'au magasin pour qu'on essaie d'abord de me convaincre que ce que je disais n'était pas vrai (il y a encore des restes de la couleur de départ sur la veste) et puis pour me dire que c'était la faute du fabricant. Pour finir, ils ont refusé de me dédommager et ils se sont limités à me rembourser le service de nettoyage. The jacket I brought to Clean Shop to clean up was discolored and they didn't take responsibility for it. I had put it only once and I brought it to their house so that it was properly cleaned. When I went to get it, it no longer had the same color. I still had to go twice to the store so that we first try to convince myself that what I said was not true (there are still some remains of the starting color on the jacket) and then to tell me that it was the manufacturer's fault. Finally, they refused to compensate me and they only reimbursed me for the cleaning service.
