Arrivé chez moi après 30 min de mon appel en urgence suite au débordement de mon WC. Le prix payé est communiqué avant l intervention. Merci pour votre assistance.
 Am very satisfied with the work of this company. The technician is a very courageous and very nice young man. His work is neat. Arrived at home after 30 minutes of my emergency call following the overflow of my toilet. The price paid is communicated before the intervention. Thank you for your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE don't use these criminals. They came to my apartment whilst my tenants were there. did some minor work and insisted on a massive payment. When my tenant said I would be paying they threatened her. The problems did not go away and after 6 months are back. There is supposed to be a 1year guarantee but they refused to accept this and asked for an additional 250 euros. I went somewhere else. Instead of using them please take the time to post here that this review convinced you to use another company. I will take pleasure in getting work turned away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the phone they promised to unblock our drains, for a forfait price with a guarantee of six months. However, after trying some tricks the problem wasn't resolved, and instead of trying further they decided to leave and to confront us with 'additional works' for the double of the forfait price which they offered in the beginning. The 'additional work' would only take half an hour, but it was good for the double of the agreed upon price. When we showed our dissatisfaction about the price increase (bear in mind the problem was far from resolved, contrary to what was promised at start), they raised their voices in plain sight in front of our house, very disturbing to our us as to our neighbours indeed! Because of this unprofessionalism and brutality they even do not merit a single point! If you don't want to experience an extra anxiety above your sanitary problems, do not call these charlatans.
