★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna een jaar geleden moest ik plots bijbetalen omdat ik met een SUV rij. Nochtans, de jaren daarvoor reed ik met exact dezelfde wagen (navraag bij mijn garagist bevestigt dat de afmetingen identiek zijn) en werd dat supplement niet aangerekend. Een vraag om uitleg hierover bleef onbeantwoord. Hopelijk beseffen ze dat ze op deze manier misschien af en toe een extra centje kunnen binnenrijven maar toch eerder klanten verliezen
 Almost a year ago I suddenly had to pay extra because I drive an SUV. However, the years before that I drove the exact same car (check with my garage confirms that the dimensions are identical) and that supplement was not charged. A request for an explanation about this remained unanswered. Hopefully they realize that this way they might be able to drive in an extra cent every now and then but still lose customers earlier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les prix ont augmenté et la qualité de nettoyage a fortement diminué! Ai dû sècher mon auto à l'avant et à l'arriére en rentrant..l'auto n'a pas été entièrement rincée..d' où des tâches blanches sur la carrosserie..+t ai dû renettoyer les vitres couvertes de produit-wax sèché...???
Prices have gone up and the quality of cleaning has dropped sharply! Had to dry my car front and back on the way back.. the car was not completely rinsed.. hence the white spots on the bodywork.. + I had to clean the windows again covered with product-dried wax...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is oké, je auto is goed afgewassen. En daar blijft het wat bij. Bankcontact is daar altijd met tegenzin geweest, nu is het met een waspas. Oké ik snap het langs een kant wel. Aan de andere kant reken het dan gewoon door. Ik wil gewoon "piep, en wassen." Er zijn andere wasstraten waar ze zelfs standaart de bankcontact nemen.
Ook de selfwash... Wederom enkel cash. Sorry gasten ik heb dat echt niet meer op zak. Je kan dan met hun waspas er ook al niet terrecht. Echt die bankcontact doet jullie de das om. Want de rest is echt correct. Niet de beste van de klas mss, maar voldoende voor mij.
It's okay, your car is well washed. And that's about it. Bank contact has always been there with reluctance, now it is with a washing card. Ok I get it on one side. On the other hand, just calculate it. I just want to "beep, and wash." There are other car washes where they even take the bank contact as standard.
Also the self-wash... Again only cash. Sorry guys I really don't have that in my pocket anymore. You can't go there with their laundry pass either. That bank contact really kills you. Because the rest is really correct. Not the best in class mss, but enough for me.
