Ga beter bij een andere firma kijken die graag samen met u voor een degelijk resultaat gaat! Telefonisch bevestigd dat wij als eerste geïnteresseerde contact hadden opgenomen en de garantie dat wij als eerste op de eerste bezoekdag de woning zouden kunnen bezichtigen (hier specifiek naar gevraagd aangezien de interesse zeer groot was!). Enkele uren voor het bezoek te horen gekregen dat er de dag ervoor toch een bezoekdag is geweest en het huis reeds verkocht is, zonder enige vorm van communicatie. Het minste wat je zou verwachte is eerlijke en transparante communicatie, die hier ver zoek is. Unreliable communication and unprofessional. Confirmed by telephone that we had contacted the first interested party and the guarantee that we would be the first to be able to view the house on the first day of visit (specifically asked for this as the interest was very high!). A few hours before the visit I was told that there was a visiting day the day before and the house has already been sold, without any form of communication. The least you would expect is honest and transparent communication, which is lacking here.

Een hartelijke en professionele kennismaking bij de verkoop van mijn woning. Zeer grondig, duidelijke en professionele aanpak. Ook werd me steeds gevraagd of alles duidelijk was. Alles ging vlot en rekening houdend met mijn gezin en mij. Over heel de lijn heb ik me geen minuut zorgen gemaakt en was alles duidelijk. Super begeleiding! Vlotte verkoop en ook bij de aankoop van mijn nieuw huis is er begeleiding ondanks dat het niet via hun is kunnen lopen. Een ABSOLUTE aanrader.
