Arrivée à la maison celui ci souffle à peine allumé, il ne fonctionne pas sans son chargeur et est très très très lent. J y retourne celui ci tente de me faire porter le chapeau. J y suis resté toute ma journée en espérant avoir une réponse. Niet. Il me rappelle plus tard pour me dire que j ai le choix entre aller chez Appl ou qu il l envoi lui en réparation. Je lui dis que je préfère aller chez appl. Arrivée chez appl (labt9) - le numéro de série ne correspondait pas avec celui du ticket - le monsieur entre le numéro de série de l’appareil et celui ci est hors garanti. C’est à dire qu il a fait son temps. C’est à dire aussi qu il a été ouvert et utilisé. Je lui ramène toute les informations de chez labt9. Mauvaise foi il me dit que ce n’est pas un vrai Appl (c’est vrai qu il peut parler en connaissance de cause lui…) je lui soutien que c’est un partenaire OFFICIEL. Il fait genre d appeler la central d Appl. Fait son petit numéro et ne parle que du ticket et du faux numéro de série. Du coup la dame bien gentil dit que ce n’est pas grave un ticket ça se refait. Bref. J’explique que ce n’est pas ça le problème. Je lui demande l’annulation du crédit monsieur me dit ok mais quand il a son chef au téléphone il change de discours. Ceux ci n’ont rien fait pour arranger la situation. Ce sont des escrocs. Je compte porté plainte et ne pas en rester là. BIG BIG SCAMPER!!!! I took a MacBook under financing. I intend to file a complaint and not stop there.
