★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Again. I have never had such a bad experience with blood tests. It was the fist time it did actually hurt. The nurse was in a rush the entire time and did it very roughly. Plus, the corridor was freezing and It was really unpleasant to stay there for three hours for my OGTT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern and pleasant clinic. Other reviewers mentioned that the staff at reception was haughty and unfriendly but that wasn't the case for us. The only issue was with the building's car park. The exit door for pedestrians was locked and there was no explanation on how to enter. When exiting with the car, the ticket machine at the gate wouldn't take our ticket. We had to try for several minutes and call assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful patient service. Receptionist impertinent, sarcastic, the very antithesis of what I would expect of a civilised medical establishment. Too bad for the patients that have to go to this clinic to see their practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never received facture by mail of my lab tests. After a year I get letter from an avocat with 30€ above 90 € bill warning. They have all my contact info but never tried to reach me; why does it smell fishy and made on purpose as if it is a scam?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite shocking experience. What an inexisting service! Called several times before they pick-up the phone and when they finally did, a very unpolite busy voice says that it is better that I book my appointment online in the website of the said Dr. because she can't do the booking at the moment, as it is not working in her system. I then try to do the booking online myself investing 30 minutes of my time for nothing! The website doesn't work. I call her back again to explain so and she literally shuts down the phone on me. Just like that! Despite I was being very polite and just enquiring. I try to call back, but no response. Unbelievable.
