★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‘CITTÀ DELL’AMICIZIA’… un nome che fa capire molto sul concetto su cui si basa questo gruppo abitativo di edilizia agevolata per le fasce di popolazione più deboli. Mi ha colpito il fatto di non vedere i soliti quartieri ghetto isolati dentro le città ma l’intenzione d’integrazione, totale di un’edilizia popolare con tutti i servizi utili ai cittadini. Diverse tipologie di case( palazzi a diversi piani, abitazioni a piano terra con giardinetti), parco giochi bambini, campo pallacanestro, orto condiviso, centro ARA campo da rugby ? nelle vicinanze .
Ci passo spesso e vedo che è sempre soggetto a ristrutturazione e migliorie.
Alcune parti sono tenute meglio, altre un po’ in degrado.
'CITY OF FRIENDSHIP' ... a name that makes you understand a lot about the concept on which this housing group of subsidized housing is based for the weakest segments of the population. I was struck by the fact that I did not see the usual isolated ghetto neighborhoods within the cities but the intention of integration, a total of social housing with all the services useful to citizens. Different types of houses (multi-storey buildings, ground floor dwellings with gardens), children's playground, basketball court, shared garden, ARA center, rugby field ? nearby.
I pass there often and see that it is always subject to renovation and improvements.
Some parts are better maintained, others a little degraded.
