★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I had been waiting for 20 minutes (longer than in a supermarket at peak hour), and the seller was making random conversation to customers. I interrupted them as I was in a hurry and fed up of waiting, but the seller told me that he was still "busy" with the customers. Very impolite, I felt offended. Never again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small little gem in the middle of Brussels for anyone looking for a good bottle of spirit, due to the shop size the selection is smaller but very varied and high in quality. The couple of owners are of very good advices on a lot of products, don't expect them to be experts due to the large variety of products but they know well what they are selling.
Price are competitive enough but obviously can't be compared to much larger distributions like super markets, but if you are looking for that uncommon bottle, give them a call, you might be surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having bought two packages of Cigarillo, I asked for matches. Owner said he had none, obviously irritated by such a weird question. What I paid was 12 Euros. Later opening the packages I found on the banderoles 11 Euros would have been the correct sum. No matches but overcharging, there sure will be better places for cigars in Brussels...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very good, but the boss is very stingy. I bought some cigars worth 40 Euros, but I need a small BOVEAD. I thought she would give it to me. Just like when I went to other cigar shops, the boss would give it as a gift, but she didn't. So I bought a small BOVEAD for another 1.5 Euros. It's not a matter of money, but the boss doesn't know how to do business. Won't go next time.
