★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas accueilli, personne ne prend en charge les visiteurs, pas un bonjour, ni un petit mot. On est livré à nous même et aucune explications sur leurs activités. Très décevant. Je pensais que c'était fait pour que les gens puissent comprendre et apprécier leur travail, mais à mon avis ils n'ont rien compris !!!!!!
 Not welcomed, no one takes care of the visitors, not a hello, nor a little note. We are left to ourselves and no explanation of their activities. Very disappointing. I thought it was done so that people could understand and appreciate their work, but in my opinion they did not understand anything !!!!!!

De la maquée aux chèvres frais, en passant par des pâtes dures, sans oublier le crotin... spécialité de fromage au Maitrank, et autres curiosités... Lors des portes ouvertes, quiches et plateaux de dégustation, avec une bière spéciale, ca ne se refuse jamais! Je recommande vivement!
A very nice goat farm, with a fairly varied cheese production. From maqué to fresh goats, through hard pasta, not to mention the horse crotin ... specialty of Maitrank cheese, and other curiosities ... During the open doors, quiches and tasting platters, with a special beer, ca never refuse! I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Du producteur au consommateur, je trouve ça génial… mais si en plus, le producteur est sympathique (et passionné) et les fromages sont variés et délicieux… sans parler du cochon BIO (?)… allez-y sans hésiter une seconde !
From producer to consumer, I find it great… but if in addition, the producer is sympathetic (and passionate) and the cheeses are varied and delicious… not to mention the ORGANIC pork (?)… go ahead without hesitation for a second!
