En 5 minutes, il a trouvé et m'a expliqué ce que je devais faire. Il ne m'a rien demandé en retour de ses conseils mais il a pourtant gagné une nouvelle cliente. Mon installation a été remplacée par une installation propane et l'installation a été effectué rapidement et avec professionnalisme. Je n'ai pas eu de mauvaise surprise avec le devis tous étaient bien inclus. De plus l'équipe ainsi que la patron sont vraiment sympathique. C'est le premier chauffagiste qui m'a fait un suivit après installation pour s'assurer que tout fonctionne bien même après l'installation. I used the Mosan heating services and I am very happy. L’entreprise Mosan m’envoie un de ces employés et il me dit qui a un problème de calcaire dans une pièce qui se trouve dans la chaudière. Ce chauffagiste me dit qu’il va commander cette pièce et qu’il l’aura fin de semaine . Arriver à la fin de semaine, nous avons décidé de les rappeler afin de voir quand ils remplaceront la pièce. Le patron dit non se n’est pas le problème s’est vos tuyaux qui son bouché. Merci pour la confiance que vous avez avec vos collaborateurs vous dites tuyaux bouchés s’est faux car j’ai appelé un autre chauffagiste d’une autre entreprise et il m’a dit la même chose que vos collaborateurs !!!! Honteux pour un corps de métier qui contredit c’est employé. Heureusement, j’ai trouvé mieux ailleurs et je suis contente de plus avoir affaire à eux. Petit conseille ne faites pas appel à cette entreprise Mosan. I have a hot water problem with the boiler. This heating engineer tells me that he will order this part and that he will have it at the end of the week. Coming to the weekend, we decided to call them back to see when they will replace the part. The boss says no, it's not the problem, it's your pipes that are clogged. Thank you for the trust you have with your collaborators, you say clogged pipes is wrong because I called another heating engineer from another company and he told me the same thing as your collaborators!!!! Shameful for a trade that contradicts it's employee. Fortunately, I found better elsewhere and I am happy to no longer have to deal with them. Little advise do not call this Mosan company.
