Il a ensuite continué son chemin comme si de rien n'était. Ils n'ont pas l'air de se soucier des autres avec qui ils partagent la route. Je les ai appelés en octobre dernier car, dans ma nouvelle maison, ni l'entretien de la chaudière ni le ramonage du feu ouvert n'avaient été faits avant mon entrée dans les lieux. Le monsieur que j'ai eu en ligne m'a conseillé au mieux, pour que je sois en sécurité tout en dépensant un minimum, ce que je cherchais. Du coup, ils sont venus faire le ramonage et vérifier le thermostat de ma chaudière. Aujourd'hui encore, j'ai eu le même monsieur qui m'a conseillé au mieux. Je n'ai jamais vu une société qui ne vous pousse pas à la consommation! Et c'est non seulement bien agréable, mais hyper rassurant de savoir qu'on n'est pas seulement un tiroir caisse. Et c'est le meilleur moyen de fidéliser ses clients ! Du coup, je n'irai pas ailleurs et je les recommanderai à tout le monde car ils sont pros et pas des voleurs. Sent someone else, changed a piece, it didn’t work , they sent someone else who could T solve the problem. All different people who came seemed like they didn’t have a clue about anything. They wanted to charge for all the useless visits, I said it was crazy, they have never fixed the problem. Another company came, fixed the problem and did a good work. They continued sending me their bills, I agreed on the phone that I would pay only for the useless piece they had changed. I paid. They said ok. And afterwards I still continue receiving bills. Incompetence from the financial administration until the service itself. Horrible! Stay away from this company if you want a pro service.
