J'avais pris un rendez-vous pour l'entretien de ma chaudière avec ce monsieur. Le jour même de l'entretien, il se présente devant chez moi pour me signaler qu'il ne saura pas effectuer l'entretien du à son mal de dos. Il faut savoir qu'il n'avait pas enregistrer mon numéro pour me prévenir avant, j'ai donc utilisé 1 jour de congé pour rien. Je pense qu'il aurait pu également venir me prévenir avant, étant donné que nous habitons la même rue... Je me suis dis que ça arrivait, et nous avons donc replacé un autre rendez-vous. Quelques jours avant le second rendez-vous , une deuxième annulation. Je lui ai donc dis de me tenir au courant pour replacer un 3 ème rendez-vous (Encore bien gentil), et au finale cette personne ne m'a plus jamais répondu, malgré plusieurs SMS. Manque de professionnalisme, je suis très déçu.

You should know that he did not register my number to warn me before, so I used 1 day off for nothing. I think he could also have come and warned me before, since we live on the same street ... I thought it was happening, so we rescheduled another meeting. A few days before the second meeting, a second cancellation. So I told him to keep me informed to replace a 3rd meeting (Still very nice), and in the end this person never answered me again, despite several SMS. Lack of professionalism, I am very disappointed.
