We were there for the bird show and was very pleasant to see 4 different birds especially SPARTACUS the terror of the sky ???he was so cute. It's a great place to take pictures, to enjoy the view from the top. The city is really beautiful The admission is 7.50 euro p.p bit with the bird show and schooting with a bow it makes good value for your money.
D	Dominic den Drijver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read in some reviews that you get a map with information, we didn't get that. We paid €15 for 2 people for a stunning view of the surrounding. On the watch tower you can see all around the village. On the other hand we shot 3 arrows with a bored instructor. Saw 2 "actors" of 1 was calling very loud and smoking and the other had lunch for our whole visit, so they were not interesting either. There are no signs with information, due to COVID we could only stay one hour and missed the bird show, but funny enough the lady of the gift shop waved us to come in although there was a sign outside the shop "one family at the time". The rest is a lot of stone and a few birds in a cage. Cool birds tho. ?
P	P Marti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entertaining and interesting site, a place for couples or the whole family. During the summer time there's different attractions and activities going on in the castle. A must do in La Roche.
n	ncku16howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice view for overlooking this town. Small place and you need to pay for a ticket. Maybe it is good to have win, coffee and snack then hanging around a while.
J	Job Eijlders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old ruin of a castle, entry 7,5€ per adult, there is a bar inside and some animation. We watched the bird of prey show which was very nice and in French and Dutch. In the summer saturdays evening there is a light show with a ghost appearing on the wall of the castle. Its a steep climb so be prepared but its worth it.

V	Vaiva B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of season it is definitely NOT worth visiting it, because you pay ~7EUR just to see a bunch of some ruins - which are not even that interesting to look at and hardly worth even half of the admission price. There's not even any brochure available - only an A4 paper with a printed scheme and a dry architectural description of each piece. No history whatsoever. Mid season there should be some shows available and a cafe, but outside the season it's much more worth it to admire the ruins from afar - there are a lot of nice spots around the city, where you can enjoy the view for free and the view is even nicer because you can see the full castle (not like when you are wandering inside the ruins).
