★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a private residence, not open to the public. I visited with local historian M. Jacky Clausse to see a fountain depicted in photos taken by my grandfather in January, 1945. His unit stayed in Tintigny during the Battle of the Bulge and the HQ was at Chateau de Villemont. Madame d'Huart was kind enough to speak with us about that time (she was in her early 20s then) and allowed us to briefly walk the grounds and take pictures. It helped that she was also the patron of M. Clausse's historical journal.
