Et le magasin ce fou de moi en me disant que les griffe ce voix pas il mon envoyé un technicien qui et venue avec son matériel et mètre des coups de pinceau ? en me disant que s étais pas grave ? I bought armchairs in this store a few months ago on delivery I received them and received damaged !!!! Levering aan huis is gratis, het huren van een lift en naar boven brengen ( + naar beneden brengen van je oude zetels ) kost € 100. Terugnemen van de oude zetels kost € 70. Zeer tevreden over de service en professionele uitleg van de verkoper. Beautiful seats of excellent quality, on the top floor there are exceptional bargains. Home delivery is free, renting a lift and bringing up (+ bringing down your old seats) costs € 100. Taking back the old seats costs € 70. Very satisfied with the service and professional explanation of the seller.

Mes beaux parents qui ont commandé un peu avant moi n'ont toujours pas de nouvelles. ça va faire presque 4 mois. On a acheté 2 appartements mes beaux parents et moi et mon partenaire Moi j'amménage le 4 février et pas de table ni de fauteuil. Mes beaux parents emménagent une semaine plus tard. Ils ont pas de fauteuil non plus et ils ont 83 ans. Que faire? Hello, I bought a sofa and a table on October 10, 2020, I paid a deposit. I'm moving in on February 4 and no table or chair. My parents-in-law move in a week later. They don't have a chair either and they are 83 years old. What to do?

L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Délai de 6 mois pour un lit pour apprendre que le lit ne passe pas par la fenêtre (le contraire nous a pourtant éé assuré lors de la vente), sujet important puisque nous n'avons pas des dimensions propice pour ne pas devoir faire attention à la taille. Le responsable nous a jugé responsable de l'erreur et nous avons du payer + de 500€ pour nous débarrasser du contrat et éviter les + de 1000€ du prix de vente. C'est une honte, même dans les magasins discount type IKEA le service client est irréprochable... Château d'Ax à su se démarquer et nous a montré de quel côté ils se dirigeaient. Nous ne manquerons pas dans parler autour de nous. 6 months delay for a bed to learn that the bed does not go through the window (the opposite was however assured to us during the sale), important subject since we do not have suitable dimensions so as not to have to pay attention to the size. The manager found us responsible for the error and we had to pay more than 500 € to get rid of the contract and avoid more than 1000 € of the sale price. It's a shame, even in discount stores like IKEA the customer service is impeccable ... Château d'Ax stood out and showed us which way they were heading. We will not fail in speaking around us.
E	Entreprise N.Cantillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ème achat effectuée chez eux, Un canapé d'angle en cuir Altea de catégorie 4 et récemment un lit en cuire Fifty de catégorie 4 aussi...pour ce qui concerne les produits rien à redire sur la finition, le design et la qualité des cuirs utilisés(épaisseur,beauté, qualité et surtout densité c'est le top du top) Pour ce qui concerne les vendeurs aussi bien ceux de Zaventem que de Rhode st Genèse,il sont très sympathique, professionnels et conciliant (en particulier les 2 vendeurs de Rhode st genèse vue ce matin du 24 juillet 2021,vraiment très bien) La seule chose qui m'empêche de mettre la 5 ème étoiles est la Centrale qui n'est pour mon cas pas bien organisé avec ces transporteur et techniciens qui eux pourtant font bien leurs travails et qui aussi ne communique pas assez avec leurs vendeurs...a améliorer selon moi N.Cantillon 2nd purchase made from them, A category 4 Altea leather corner sofa and recently a category 4 Fifty leather bed as well ... as far as the products are concerned, nothing to say about the finish, design and quality of the leathers used (thickness, beauty, quality and above all density is the best of the best) As for the sellers of both Zaventem and Rhode St Genèse, they are very friendly, professional and accommodating (in particular the 2 sellers of Rhode St Genèse seen this morning of July 24, 2021, really very good) The only thing that prevents me from putting the 5 th star is the Central which is not for me well organized with these carriers and technicians who nevertheless do their jobs well and who also do not communicate enough with their salespeople. .a improve in my opinion N.Cantillon

When I called the store about fixing this the store told me to pass by and pick it up. If you decide to buy make sure the assembly team did their job properly.
