LE RENDEZ-VOUS DEVAIT ETRE LA SEMAINE DERNIERE ET A DEJA ETE REPORTEE A CAUSE DE LA DAME QUI N EST PAS CAPABLE DE METTRE UN RENDEZ-VOUS ET NE PREND JAMAIS LA PEINE D AVERTIR LES CLIENTS ALORS QU ELLE DIT " JE VOUS RECONTACTE". C'EST UNE HONTE DE TRAITER VOS CLIENTS DE CETTE MANIERE, UN SERVICE APRÈS VENTE PLUS QUE NUL!!!!! CELA FAIT PLUSIEURS FOIS QUE JE DEMANDE A PARLER A LA DIRECTION ET AUCUN EMPLOYÉ NE DESIRE ME METTRE EN CONTACT AVEC LA DIRECTION !!!
IT IS 3:00 PM ... THE TECHNICIAN HAD TO COME AT 2:00 PM !!!! NO NEWS, NO ONE ANSWERS OUR CALLS FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR !!!! THE APPOINTMENT HAD TO BE THE LAST WEEK AND HAS ALREADY BEEN POSTPONED BECAUSE OF THE LADY WHO IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND NEVER TAKES THE BAD TO NOTIFY CUSTOMERS WHEN SHE SAYS "I WILL RECONTACT YOU". IT IS A SHAME TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THIS WAY, MORE THAN NULL AFTER-SALES SERVICE !!!!! THIS IS SEVERAL TIMES THAT I ASK TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT AND NO EMPLOYEE WANTS TO PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH MANAGEMENT !!!
