N'étant pas au courant du fait que l'on ne pouvait pas payer en liquide, je me suis faites littéralement remballée par le gentil chauffeur de la ligne 43, 13h18. Ce chauffeur était d'une telle impolitesse et d'une agressivité non justifiée envers moi ainsi que les autres passagers montants. Il y a une façon de s'exprimer et d'expliquer les choses. Je suis redescendue immédiatement. Le tec ça rapproche on dit. I took the bus back yesterday after a long period of absence due to the Covid. Not being aware of the fact that we could not pay in cash, I literally got repackaged by the nice driver of line 43, 1:18 pm. This driver was so rude and unjustifiably aggressive towards me and the other up-and-coming passengers. There is a way to express yourself and to explain things. I went back down immediately. The tec brings closer we say.
C	Carine Oger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très compliqué. Les bus et/ou métro sont souvent à l'avance ou en retard. Beaucoup sont supprimés, ce qui entraîne des attentes interminables. (quand on rentre du travail c'est très désagréable). Il n'y en a pas assez et sont souvent bondés. Le matériel est vétuste. Ça sent mauvais et c'est sale (la faute aux usagers en grande partie). On assiste régulièrement à des scènes d'incivilité ou de grossièreté. Les chauffeurs ne sont pas toujours sympa mais dans certains cas je peux les comprendre. Je voulais faire un effort à la fois pour la planète et pour mon portefeuille mais c'est vraiment difficile, on ne peut pas vraiment compter sur ces transports en commun. Quand je serai trop excédée je me résoudrai sans doute à reprendre une voiture. Dommage. Very complicated. Buses and / or metro are often in advance or late. Many are deleted, resulting in endless expectations. (When you come home from work it is very unpleasant). There are not enough and are often crowded. The equipment is dilapidated. It smells bad and it is dirty (the fault largely to users). We regularly witness scenes of incivility or rudeness. The drivers are not always nice but in some cases I can understand them. I wanted to make an effort for both the planet and my wallet but it's really difficult, you can not really rely on these public transport. When I'm too excited I'll probably get myself back to a car. Pity.

I	Ion Sova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most stupid buss company in the world!!!! I lost 12 euro for tickets and the buss did not come in Charleroi sud station. At the reception they told me that they have tehnical problem with the buss and the tickets are nonrefundable :). (it's like fuc* you, we need only your money)
F	Fabio Malizia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting the bus at the airport. Tec has a new bus stop but no information are present to indicate it. Then I was waiting the bus at the usual bus stop. Suddenly I saw the bus approaching, I waved my hand to indicate I wanted to get in and the bus driver just ignored me and other 5 people and went forward. For the price of the bus ticket to the airport, they should at least provide better information.
