★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après plusieurs tentatives pour joindre le cabinet, je laisse un message sur le répondeur, la secrétaire me rappelle plusieurs jours plus tard pour me donner un rendez-vous pour ma fille. (elle même soignante et qui respecte les patients comme les autres soignants). Elle arrive à son rendez-vous et là le médecin la refuse prétextant qu'elle avait rendez-vous 1/4h plus tôt.
Personne très foide, hautaine, qui ne fait preuve d'aucune empathie et qui n'admet pas qu'il y a erreur sur l'heure se rendez-vous donnée par la secrétaire.
After several attempts to reach the office, I leave a message on the answering machine, the secretary calls me back several days later to give me an appointment for my daughter. (herself a caregiver and who respects patients like other caregivers). She arrives at her appointment and there the doctor refuses her on the pretext that she had an appointment 1/4 hour earlier.
A very faithless, haughty person, who shows no empathy and who does not admit that there is a mistake about the meeting time given by the secretary.
