CEPER m’a conseillé de remplacer ma chaudière et m’a envoyé un devis très cher. Après discuter avec d’autre expert en chauffage, j’ai appris que je ne devais pas remplacer ma chaudière et que le conseil était plutôt pour forcer la vente d’une chaudière. After chatting with another heating expert, I learned that I shouldn't replace my boiler and that the advice was rather to force the sale of a boiler.

Toutefois utilisent parfois sous-traitants ou apprentis alors le niveau des prestations peut varier fort. Côté administratif pas au top, j'attends depuis 4 mois les papiers de demandes de primes Bruxelles Environnement. Trop long en tant que syndic j'ai autre à faire que les relancer.
