★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTAAL onkundig, uit de hoogte met eigen wetten en regeltjes. het algemene beleid, de vele jaarlijkse doden en de teloorgang van de haven zijn mee toe te schrijven aan de werkwijze en houding van deze organisatie! de vakbond dekt cepa in, cepa dekt de dienst veiligheid in, dienst veiligheid dekt mediwet in en mediwet dekt cepa in ; zo is de cirkel van de mislukking rond. en dan maar afvragen waarom ze geen goed volk kunnen krijgen en vooral behouden---
TOTALLY ignorant, aware of their own laws and regulations. the general policy, the many annual deaths and the loss of the port are partly due to the working method and attitude of this organization! the union covers cepa, cepa covers the security department, the security department covers mediwet and mediwet covers cepa; thus the circle of failure is complete. and then wonder why they can't get and above all keep good people---
