Dès la première rencontre avec Mme Jessica Lenger, gérante de l'agence, nous nous sommes sentis en confiance. Jessica a pris le temps d'écouter notre demande et d'évaluer l'appartement à sa juste valeur, avec le concours expérimenté de son équipe. Ils ont ensuite facilité les contacts avec l'acquéreur, et nous ont accompagnés à travers les différentes étapes de vente jusqu'à la signature finale, avec beaucoup d'empathie , de professionnalisme, de disponibilité, de réactivité, et le tout emprunt d'une gentillesse inégalable.  Following our mother's entry into a nursing home, my brother and I called on the Century 21 Wolu Way agency to help us sell her apartment in the Dutch-speaking area. From the first meeting with Ms. Jessica Lenger, manager of the agency, we felt confident. Jessica took the time to listen to our request and to assess the apartment at its fair value, with the experienced assistance of her team. They then facilitated contact with the buyer, and accompanied us through the various stages of sale until the final signature, with a lot of empathy, professionalism, availability, responsiveness, and all borrowed from unparalleled kindness. Après avoir mis en vente mon appartement durant 4 mois via une autre agence, je suis revenu vers C21-WW que j'avais rencontré il y a 7 ans.
Ils sont parvenus à vendre mon appartement en 3 mois, au prix affiché. Bravo l'efficacité !
En outre, le suivi et les conseils tout au long du processus de vente mais aussi après la signature de la promesse de vente ont été effectués de manière professionnelle et réactive. Les conseils ont certainement amélioré l'image de l'appartement pour accrocher l'intérêt de l'acheteur·se.
Je recommande C21-WW sans la moindre hésitation.

After selling my apartment for 4 months through another agency, I came back to C21-WW, whom I had met 7 years ago.
They managed to sell my apartment in 3 months, at the listed price. Kudos to efficiency!
In addition, the follow-up and advice throughout the sales process but also after the signing of the sales agreement were carried out in a professional and reactive manner. The advice certainly improved the image of the apartment to catch the interest of the buyer.
I recommend C21-WW without any hesitation.
