★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little disappointing. The person in charge originally went on holiday and then there didn't seem anyone else who knew the situation well. There has been a lack of communication in the contact with the various agents.
They did find a tenant for us, but it seems that promises were made to the tenant that were not communicated to the owner and certain information that the owner had imparted were not properly communicated to the renter.

Always ready and patient to answer questions and to find ways to solve problems. Very capable of listening to and understanding the client and of explaining the whereabouts of the real estate market.
Also the staff has been extremely quick to react, very polite and most kind.
I have already recommended the agency to friends and colleagues.

It is the 3rd time that I work with this agency and I strongly recommend them again. My niece was looking for an apartment next to her working place in Watermael and in less than 2 weeks they found her the perfect place in a lovely neighbourhood.
