La personne qui s'est occupée de la vente était sympathique, mais j'ai trouvé le suivi insuffisant : elle ne s'est pas présentée le jour de la signature alors qu'elle m'avait dit le contraire, et lorsqu'a surgi un petit problème avant la signature, elle ne m'a pas envoyé de mail ni de coup de fil de suivi, laissant les notaires s'en occuper. Ce n'était certes pas de son ressort de trouver la solution, mais j'aurais apprécié d'avoir de ses nouvelles. Je signale par ailleurs qu'elle n'a pas eu beaucoup de travail pour faire la vente car j'ai tout de suite été charmée par l'appartement. Autrement dit, c'est facile de toucher un pourcentage sur une transaction pour un effort "service minimum": I found an apartment through this agency, which is a good point and justifies the three stars. I also note that she did not have much work to do the sale because I was immediately charmed by the apartment. In other words, it's easy to hit a percentage on a transaction for a "minimum service" effort:
