N	Nuri GASHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le bureau est censé être ouvert le vendredi après-midi comme précisé sur le site web de la commune photo à l’appui et ce pour l’après-midi de 13.30 à 15.00 Les personnes attendent inutilement, une partie du personnel communal transite vers le couloir et aucune personne ne signale que les bureaux sont fermés le vendredi après-midi, c’est vraiment inacceptable ! Le comble c’est que j’arrivais pour un retrait de permis de conduire et que la personne qui m’avait reçue le vendredi 28/12/18 me signalait de venir dès vendredi pour la réception du permis. Une autre personne présente avait pris congé au bureau pour se rendre à l’administration et s’énervait également de l’information erronée sur le site web, c’est vraiment déplorable ! The office is supposed to be open on Friday afternoons as specified on the website of the supporting municipality, and for the afternoon from 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. People wait unnecessarily, some of the municipal staff are passing through the corridor and no one reports that the offices are closed on Friday afternoon, this is really unacceptable! The worst part was that I arrived to withdraw my driving license and that the person who had received me on Friday 12/28/18 was signaling me to come on Friday for the reception of the license. Another person present had taken time off from the office to go to the administration and was also getting annoyed with the misinformation on the website, it is truly deplorable!

M	M. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratique car tout est possible sans devoir se rendre au bureau du centre-ville. Mais les horaires laissent un peu à désirer… 15h30 c’est un peu trop tôt. Convenient because everything is possible without having to go to the downtown office. But the hours leave a little to be desired ... 3:30 p.m. is a bit too early.
