★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische service. De medewerksters zijn behulpzaam, geduldig en perfect meertalig. Een maal per maand komen zij aan huis voor controle en correctie van de hoorapparaten.
Voor schoonmaak van de toestellen moet je wel naar hun winkel gaan: daar staat de reinigingsmachine.
Als je met de auto komt is er wel een minpunt: weinig parking in de buurt en OPGELET: blauwe zone!!! Maar je kan ook in de nieuwe ondergrondse parking Spiegel/Miroir.
Lapperre is een echte aanrader.
Fantastic service. The employees are helpful, patient and perfectly multilingual. They come home once a month for checking and correction of the hearing aids.
For cleaning the appliances you have to go to their store: there is the cleaning machine.
If you come by car there is a downside: little parking in the area and ATTENTION: blue zone !!! But you can also in the new underground parking Spiegel / Miroir.
Lapperre is highly recommended.
