They don't want to take back not used items.
I ordered 2 times here, on the web-site you have 1-2 working days for delivery, but in total I wait around 5 working days (7 in total).
Now I send the e-mails to sent back 1 item, but they try to refuse me.
I never will use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central Point has a very well working online site for ordering and buying anything regarding PC's. I like this site for several reasons.
1) My online account gives me a very nice overview of my present order, with updates per item, and a good overview of my purchase history!
2) Ordering the same, or similar items again is very easy starting from the purchase history!
3) When I have questions, I typically send these from the same site, using the chat, and here I sometimes get an answer within minutes, otherwise by mail, typically within 1 day ! That is very good service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a laptop, during purchase it was not clear which keyboard was installed (QWERTY/AZERTY), since it was on a Belgian website and another website clearly mentioned QWERTY I assumed it was the default for BE (being AZERTY).
When I opened the box I noticed that the laptop was QWERTY.
I contacted the support to look for a solution. They clearly stated that no refund was possible since I opened the box (the outside of the box did not mention which version).
Summarised, as long as your order is ok potentially not issue. As off there are issues, you are on your own.
I will not buy anymore from them
