★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet reageren op de mails. Eindelijk een afspraak kunnen maken telefonisch, alles behalve vriendelijk. De dag dat de monteur zou langskomen bellen ze op dat deze niet komt die dag, ze zouden de maandag erop contact opnemen om een nieuwe afspraak te maken. Nooit weer van hun gehoord. Alles behalve professioneel, niet wat ik van een bedrijf verwacht.
Not responding to the mails. Finally being able to make an appointment by phone, anything but friendly. The day the technician would come by, they call that he will not come that day, they would contact the following Monday to make a new appointment. Never heard from them again. Anything but professional, not what I expect from a company.
