Les résultats de prise de sang sont également très détaillés, bien plus que dans d’autres labos. Très bonne expérience générale. Very good reception, PCR test with rapid results (sms followed by an e-mail and certificate available in Covid safe in less than 24 hours). The blood test results are also very detailed, much more than in other labs. Very good overall experience.

Une vraie honte et une réelle source de stress. Lamentable pour un laboratoire. Et en plus je n'ai jamais reçu les résultats à mon domicile!! After several months since the analysis carried out in France and transmitted to your laboratory, after having paid 76€ as well as recorded by my attending physician, I receive a formal reminder with reminder costs although I have never received any document previously. A real shame and a real source of stress. Sad for a lab. And in addition I never received the results at my home!!

Kit reçu en temps et en heure, résultats dans les temps, questions réponses nickel… Je recommande vraiment ce laboratoire ♥️ malgré les tristes commentaires que je peux lire ?. Des gens pressés, sans compassions, sans doute inhumain. Despite the workload due to the health crisis, I can only congratulate this laboratory ? especially the logistics team. Kit received on time, results on time, questions and answers… I really recommend this laboratory ♥️ despite the sad comments I can read ?. People in a hurry, without compassion, probably inhuman.

C	Claude Cahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this company: it undertakes manipulative billing, potentially deliberately so: In early 2020, we mistakenly paid an invoice two times. It took circa 10 written and telephoned efforts before LIMS finally reimbursed us. LIMS only did so when we finally threatened legal action. More recently -- July 2020 -- LIMS sent a "first reminder" for 3 invoices which we had already paid in June 2020. Very deceptively, the total invoiced amount was very slightly different, so one could easily be under the impression that the bills had indeed not been paid. It was only by checking the reference numbers carefully that it was clear that they were the same file billed twice. The billing practices may be simply negligent, but they smell of efforts to extract additional costs from the unsuspecting.

A	Andrea Losi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever. I went on saturday to the LIMS Laboratoire in LLN to do a Covid test, I paid more in order to receive the result before 20 pm of the same day. Before doing the test, I asked them several times if it was 100% sure that I would have received the result in the evening. But what happened? After the test they didn't give me a receipt of the service I've paid for. I had the flight on sunday but I didn't receive the result until Tuesday (it took them almost four days!), so I had to pay for another test in the airport. It's been a month now that I'm trying to get a refund. It takes them several days to answer a simple email, and they are clearly not willing to give me a refund even if they've recognized that the result was way too late, and they're trying to say that there's no proof of my payment (I paid in cash, and it's clearly written in my dossier). Don't go in this clinic unless you want to throw away your money. One star because less is not possible. I'll update this post after I speak with a lawyer.
