★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bonne salle de fitness, avec des professionnels qui connaissent leur job et qui font quelques fois redescendre sur terre certains qui pensaient avoir une certaine force, alors qu'au final ils avaient mal fait leurs exo.
Bonne ambiance et on peut travailler en paix même pour les filles!
Bref si vous voulez des résultats n'hésitez plus.
 Very good fitness room, with professionals who know their job and who sometimes go down on the ground some who thought to have some strength, when in the end they had done wrong exo.
Good atmosphere and we can work in peace even for girls!
In short if you want results do not hesitate.

I recommend it, although I lost a valuable bracelet during training in one of the rooms and it never ended up ?
But I like the place ??

Great gym, great boss and coach at the same time. Family atmosphere with a lot of respect towards each other. Very reasonable price I highly recommend this sports slab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it is expensive over Basic gym I chose this initially for its location and flexible gym hours. But if you enroll for 3 months it will turn out a decent price for good quality . Why i gave 4 star is not for above reasons but what the gym offers for any fitness level-be it beginner /intermediate/professional. Iam a lazyass trying to burn some extra calories while my co-gymers are mostly professional athletics.Well they did inspire passively (apart from my spouse) and helped me to stick to my regime with some subtle free advice. The managers are cheerfull and does ensure everyone follow gym etiquette. Well maintained, always clean and neat.(incl.washrooms/shower rooms).

It has everything an experienced lifter needs by making the most out of the space it has, such as with a variety of machines and an entire weight range of dumbbells. People of all levels go there, from beginner to even pro, and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to train seriously, and I look forward to using it again on future trips to the city.
