D	DE BRUYCKER AXEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fais faire mon entretien Chaudière l 'année dernière ou tout c’était très bien passé, je fais donc appelle à Celsius cette année, la personne qui vient me dit qu'elle ne connait pas l'appareil installer mais "c'est pas grave c'est tout pareil" ... mes craintes se confirment le lendemain de l'entretien avec une panne puis 2 autres pannes consécutives les jours suivants, certaines arrivées d'eau mal serrées ont fuit et ont donc corrodé ou court circuités certaines pièces électronique de la chaudière ... bref dommage ... I did my interview Boiler last year where everything went very well, so I call Celsius this year, the person who comes tells me that she does not know the device install but "c ' is not serious it's all the same "... my fears are confirmed the day after the maintenance with a breakdown then 2 other consecutive failures the following days, some arrivals of water tightly leaked and have corroded or short circuited some electronic parts of the boiler ... short damage ...
F	Falco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enfin une entreprise qui fait bien son travail et qui donne d'excellents conseils pas comme certains chauffagiste qui vous raconte des carabistouilles pour faire rentrer de l'argent dans leur poche. Travail soigner effectuer avec rapidité nous sommes super content. Pour ce qui est du prix c'est très correct. À recommander fortement appeler les vous ne serez pas déçu Finally a company that does its job well and gives excellent advice not like some heating engineer who tells you carabistouilles to bring money in their pocket. Work heal perform quickly we are super happy. As for the price is very correct. To highly recommend you will not be disappointed

En panne après chacun de leur passage ( première fois plus de chauffage et deuxième fois plus d'eau chaude) et buse de notre pellet mal repositionnée entraînant un dysfonctionnement. De plus, lors du réglage chaudière, le capot de cette dernière a été cassé (j'ai bien entendu un bruit dans le garage mais je ne surveille pas l'ouvrier pendant son intervention) et replacé tel quel sans rien nous signaler. Après 2 mois d'appels, de messages, photos,... le patron me répond qu'il fait entièrement confiance en son personnel ( insinuant donc que nous sommes les menteurs bien évidemment) et me conseille de régler la facture et d'aller voir ailleurs. Incroyable mais vrai! Quelle considération pour sa clientèle !!! Very disappointed (and the word is weak) with this company. Broken down after each of their passage (first time more heating and second time more hot water) and our pellet nozzle poorly repositioned causing a malfunction. In addition, when adjusting the boiler, the hood of the latter was broken (I heard a noise in the garage of course but I do not watch the worker during his intervention) and replaced as it is without notifying us. After 2 months of calls, messages, photos, ... the boss replied that he had complete confidence in his staff (thus insinuating that we were the liars of course) and advised me to settle the bill and go see elsewhere. Incredible but true! What consideration for its customers !!!
