About CBT BRUSSELS

In the past years, companies, organisations and governments have been seeking to do more with less.  New technologies allow for the organisation and optimisation of workflow, but this has its limits.  Not respecting these limits puts significant pressure on employees.  This strain has led to the development of an array of anxiety disorders (panic attacks, insomnia, burnout…).  The aim of my tailored training programs is to maximise performance in a sustainable and healthy way.

Workshops are tailored and can range from a 1 hour ‘Raising stress awareness’ training to 3-4 day tailored workshops that could cover awareness linked to today’s fast pace world and the difficulties that arise from it as well as the training and acquiring of tools to manage and prosper in today’s fast pace world.  This is done by learning how to optimise the way we think as well as how to manage our environment so as prosper and perform successfully.

My aim is to create a win-win situation where employees perform in a durable way in a workplace they value, appreciate and feel respected in.  From the employer’s perspective, happy employees are productive employees with low turnover and absenteeism.  Retaining and cultivating human capital is a competitive advantage for the health and long-term success of a company, organization or government.

This tailored service is available for companies, organizations and governments of all sizes and locations.

Nous ne connaissons pas le psychologue, mais comme la copie ne peut pas avoir une meilleure note que l'original nous mettons 2/5 pour rétablir cela. De la part de CBT s.a. à Bruxelles :-)
We do not know the psychologist, but since the copy cannot have a better mark than the original we put 2/5 to restore this. From CBT s.a. in Brussels :-)

I met him at the most difficult life in my life, at the moment of complete myserie and hopeless, drained of energy and thinking that ever thing I ever did was wrong. Trough the process in which he was guiding me to learn who is actually myself and how to get out from that dark place, working the best for myself, I came to the point to finally enjoy everything around me. No panic attacks, no claustofobia, no fears - of everything - anymore. Thank you Alex!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I went to him a couple of times, all I got back is chatting with me about irrelevant topics (the way how social insurance works in my country of origin for example) until the time was up. He constantly had that wide open eyes look and looked like he has absolutely no idea what to do but to listen and ask questions like the one above which really looked like just a way to get the hour I was paying for pass as soon as possible. He looked every single time like he had no idea what to do or say and looked uncomfortable. I had a feeling like I was somehow expected to propose the therapy myself. There was absolutely no moment ever when he would say something like: " okay, I think your main problem is ... and I think we can work to improve ... and .... .Let's start by doing ... and ... ". I think that is what one should expect after several hours of seeing a CBT therapist. - apparently not with this one. Combine this with a price of over 100 EUR per hour and you must feel like an absolute fool paying him for nothing. I actually went to him after seeing a few excellent reviews in forums, google maps, etc. Add to that very pricey fees, you can not blame me for thinking he must be worth something. But I honestly think that those online reviews were from his friends or something. Extremely disappointing that such people exist and probably make a very good living out of it. If anyone wants to know more, I am happy to share. I really think our society should not have "professionals" like him that take advantage of people in need. Finally, I would like to add one more thing: I have been also before dissatisfied with the service or treatment I was getting, but I was never so extremely dissatisfied that I would sit down and write a bad review on the internet. There was one exception: more than 10 years ago when I was robbed in a hotel in Rome and I was happy to see later that other people complained on the TripAdvisor being robbed in the same hotel too - whoever read those reviews timely was lucky. Mr. Anghelou's s level of incompetence left me completely shocked and I had to warn other people even more because people that go to him are certainly facing some (big) difficulties in their lives and are easy victims. Both times, now and 10 years ago, I simply want to prevent others being deceived and used.
