★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogólnie może być. Pan jak i Pani w biurze mili i pomocni. Doskonale znają angielski, co raczej jest normą w antwerpii. Meldujemy się w biurze opisanym wg znaków, schodkami na piętro. Wypełniamy formularz, tj. numery auta, naczepy, ref zaladunku, miejsce przeznaczenia, firma przewozowa. Dają numer, który wkładamy za szybę. Czekamy na zainteresowanie wózkowego, który to on powie gdzie jechać, pod którą bramę. Otwieramy dwa boki, pasów zapinamy wg uznania. Jak już inni pisali, pakiety drewna są za szerokie i desek bocznych nie założymy. Później wracamy do biura, zabieramy ze soba CMR. I w drogę. Zameldowanie do max godziny 14.50, odbiór papierów po załadunku max do 16.30.
