★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casper has been very controversial in my household. All the food I have ordered has always been delicious. The Mac and cheese felt very wholesome and the barneys burger (though very small for sure) are definitely quality. Unfortunately, my GF has had the worst experience.
Her first order of vegan vol au vent, came with a bone. Whether or not this meant the vegan dish used bones or was simply given the wrong order was never made clear.
Her second order of oven cooked mushrooms was 2 extremely soggy mushrooms and one was toppled so it was super messy. Using the oven at home to salvage did not work at all.
From my experience anything standard like meat or pasta is pretty good but you start gambling with the vegan/veggie options.
EDIT: I have changed my rating from 3/5 to 1/5. Why do you have over 20 listings under different names on Ubereats & Deliveroo. Please stop this practice and just use one entity and don't clutter up the platform with listings that only have 2 options. Also Bagel Army with zero bagel options???? How is this allowed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 veggie dishes, we got 1 dish with meat and very soggy potato wedges (they were most definitely not freshly made, more like made in the afternoon and kept in a bag for 4 hours).
To top it off: they have a fake phone number so i can't even contact them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrageous! What a flawed business model! I made an order on Deliveroo and these guys sent the rider empty handed. They told the rider that they don't have the order and the rider completed the journey to just get his fee. However, they got my money, since they accepted the order, but gave me nothing. Robbery in clear daylight!!!
