 Super 1st culinary experience, too good, ... delivered in cardboard boxes with the description of what is inside and the little heart drawn in addition ❤️ Little extra gift to apologize for the vol au vent. I highly recommend ?

Tout d’abord, il n’est indiqué nulle part que les services de livraison tel que Deliveroo qu’il s’agit d’une « ghost kitchen », un faux restaurant virtuel en somme. Si j’avais su, je me serais méfié. La commande est arrivée après 1h, froide, les frites renversées sur le reste de la commande et manquant la moitié des plats.
Le burger était passable mais froid et sans intérêt, un Quick aurait était meilleur.
Si vous arrivez à comprendre ce qu’est Casper et donc Barney’s Burger, et que vous tombez sur cette critique, payez-vous un McDo, vous serez mieux servis.
(Aucune animosité envers les, je pense, pauvres étudiants surmenés que j’ai eu au téléphone, le système semble tout bonnement éclaté au sol)
I am stunned by the quality of this "restaurant". First of all, it is nowhere indicated that delivery services such as Deliveroo that it is a "ghost kitchen", a fake virtual restaurant in short. If I had known, I would have been suspicious. The order arrived after 1h, cold, the fries spilled on the rest of the order and half of the dishes missing.
The burger was passable but cold and uninspiring, a Quick would have been better.
If you manage to understand what Casper and therefore Barney's Burger is, and you come across this review, buy yourself a McDo, you will be better served.
(No animosity towards the, I think, poor overworked students I've had on the phone, the system just seems busted to the ground)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered vol au vegan and received vol au vent with meat! They forgot the fries. Not to mention everything was cold and it took them 1,5h to deliver (ok, can happen). Called them, asked for the forgotten fries and to switch the vol au vent with the vegan one… The answer was: you have to contact deliveroo because you ordered there, we can’t help you, sorry for the meat in the vol au vegan. Kidding me?! So you made a vegan eat chicken, pay for things they didn’t get and you’re not willing to give the right food or a refund?! Never experienced something like this… To all vegans/vegetarians: don’t risk going there.
