My 5-year-old child has a strong urge and the two employees refuse him access to the toilet. I find it unacceptable, courtesy is lost these days..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très insatisfaite de cet établissement, mon fils y a acheté une tour gaming à plus de mille euros et celle-ci n'a fonctionné que 1 mois et demi. Après retour au magasin, 4 vendeurs se sont penchés sur la tour pendant plus de 3h sans jamais trouver la solution. Aucune contrepartie ni geste commercial n'a été proposé. J'estime que mon fils a été volé. Jamais je n'y retournerais, je parle bien du cash-converters de Huy.
Very dissatisfied with this establishment, my son bought a gaming tower there for more than a thousand euros and it only worked for a month and a half. After returning to the store, 4 sellers looked at the tower for more than 3 hours without ever finding the solution. No compensation or commercial gesture was offered. I believe my son was robbed. I would never go back there, I'm talking about Huy's cash-converters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très intéressant, j'ai trouvé des articles nouveaux à prix petits prix. Le personnel à l'écoute, de bons conseils et de la patience par rapport à mes nombreuses questions avec le sourire et de la bon humeur. J'y retourne à l'occasion, c'est sympa et on peut y faire de bonnes affaires.
Very interesting, I found new items at low prices. The attentive staff, with good advice and patience in relation to my many questions, with a smile and a good mood. I go back there occasionally, it's nice and you can do good business there.
