J'ai contacté Casatech pour une demande de rénovation complète d'un de mes appartements.
Après 2 mois de suivi, Mr. Lapunzina est enfin passé pour faire le devis. Ensuite, il a disparu, j'ai eu beau lui envoyé de multiples mails et appels, il ne me répondait pas. Je lui ai dit que je déplorais son manque de communication et ça seule réponse a été de me bloquer.
Je peux comprendre qu'il soit occupé, débordé, mais leur manque de communication et suivi n'est pas professionnel du tout.
Je n'ose même pas imaginer si j'avais eu un chantier avec eux, impossible de suivre les progrès
A éviter à tout prix.

I contacted Casatech for a complete renovation request for one of my apartments.
After 2 months of follow-up, Mr. Lapunzina finally came by to make the estimate. Then he disappeared, although I sent him multiple emails and calls, he did not answer me. I told him that I deplored his lack of communication and that only response was to block me.
I can understand that he is busy, overwhelmed, but their lack of communication and follow-up is unprofessional at all.
I don't even dare to imagine if I had had a work site with them, impossible to follow the progress
Avoid at all costs.
