Le copropriétaire est juste bon pour payer des factures , 3 ans presque pour réparer un toit ?
Trustee who does not follow his records no respect for customers and in addition when complaining allows himself to always blame others and the co-owners. To advise against !!!
The co-owner is just good at paying bills, almost 3 years to repair a roof ?

Fake reviews are being farmed to trick people, please be watchful.
I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
Email confirmation of the appointment for Saturday at 11:00 in evere.
Informed the agent of possible delay of 5 minutes and we managed ti arrive at 11:04.
● Called him at 11:04 and he told us that he's in the apartment and coming down.
● Called him again at 11:20, he told us now that he's already doing a visit with a group and he's coming down.
● He finally came down at 11:30.
● When we mentioned that he made us wait for 25 minutes without informing us properly, he started to defend himself by raising his voice and shouting at us. Instead of apologizing he said he doesn't want us to talk about the delay and he warned us that it would be messy if we do so. He was rude, aggressive and then he said he won't let us visit the apartment and forced us to leave and closed the door on us.
Very unprofessional and no respect for others and their time.
