★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les vendeuses sont racistes, ce matin j'étais aux magasins l'un des vendeuses qui ressemble à un garçon dit a sa collègue qu'elle est étonnée ! c'est à dire une personne noire ? dans le magasin ?
J'ai déjà visité des magasins casa mais croyez moi très sympas, elles devraient pas être dans ce magasin !
The saleswomen are racist, this morning I was at the shops one of the salesgirls who looks like a boy told his colleague that she is surprised! ie a black person? in the store ?
I have already visited casa stores but believe me very nice, they should not be in this store!

Déjà beaucoup trop petit pour tant de choses !
Je ne sais pas si c’est la patronne que j’ai eu à la caisse mais faut Redescendre sur terre !!! (Dame assez grande muni de lunettes).
Je pose une question et elle me répond comme si vous le saviez et comme si c’était normal. Honteux!!
Elle vous parle comme si vous vous connaissez et je trouve ça très très mal poli. A fuir!!!!!
Bon courage au personnel de ce magasin.
First and last time I go to casa basilix.
Already much too small for so many things!
I do not know if it's the boss that I had at the box but must come down on earth! (Pretty tall lady with glasses)
I ask a question and she answers as if you knew it and as if it was normal. Shameful!!
She speaks to you as if you know each other and I find that very very badly polite. To flee!!!!!

Personne désagréable ( une grande + blonde personne a la caisse )irrespectueux beaucoup d’orgueil et façon de répondre très humilié à ma question.
Je déconseille fortement ! Et je trouve que c’est dommage que une personne pareille fait changer mon avis sur ce magasin

Unpleasant person (a tall + blonde person at the checkout) disrespectful of pride and very humiliated answer to my question.
I strongly recommend! And I find it unfortunate that such a person changes my opinion on this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake discounts. Items at 50% but they discount you whatever they want. When we complained they said ”it’s what the computer says”. After insisting, they said they could not refund us the difference because of company policy and would give us a voucher. What the heck!

It is not often that I experience good customer service here in Belgium in most of the shops, but she has the same friendly and helpful attitude every time I visit this branch of Casa. Kudos to you! ?and of course, I love the items here ?
