Je le signale a la caissière qui refuse de l'appliquer car il n'y a pas l'autocollant sur l'article, je lui dis que les autocollants sont collé sur la boite des blister de jouet, elle refuse catégoriquement de faire les deux pas qui lui aurais permis de constater la réduction. Une responsable sort du bureau et lui dis qu'il y a bien une réduction. Je suis sidérer que l'on refuse de se lever et de faire deux pas pour confirmer ou infirmer ce que dis un client. Les +- 150€ que je dépensais chaque mois seront dépensé dans un autre magasin. Today at the cash desk I take a small toy for my son, on the toy box two stickers -50%. When paying I see that the reduction is not applied. I point it out to the cashier who refuses to apply it because there is no sticker on the article, I tell her that the stickers are stuck on the toy blister box, she categorically refuses to do both not that would have allowed him to see the reduction. A manager comes out of the office and tells him that there is indeed a reduction. I am amazed that we refuse to stand up and take two steps to confirm or deny what a customer is saying. The + - 150 € that I spent each month will be spent in another store.

The prices are very unclear, in the end, we bought a bag of looks normal cookie which costs 6.50 and something in the half price section turned out to be full price. So check your receipt before leaving!
