A	Alexandra Rusu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely give such negative reviews, but this Carrefour is really worth one star. Every time I shop here I leave fuming at the level of inefficiency of this supermarket and the disregard for customers' time. It's true, it does have quite a lot of variety of products. However, the price really does not justify either the quality or the service received: the cashiers are too few and far too slow and the general organisation of this shop is appalling. They need better training in order to deal efficiently with customers, and this is a management problem. It also happens quite often that a product is not in the database, so the cashier either send the customer to check the price, or checks it themselves. This leads to even longer queues and more frustrated customers. It is simply unacceptable to spend regularly 10-15 minutes waiting in line for simple groceries. Given that this is the largest supermarket in the area, it seems that management just does not care for efficiency: they will get customers anyway. However, please be sure that many of us try to avoid this shop whenever possible.

And asking clients to empty his/her basket her/himself and expecting her/him to fill her/his shopping bag her/himself meanwhile making the payment is idiotic. Why you have the cashiers then put self-chech out machines, anyways we're doing all the work.

E	Enrik Schott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More a maze than a supermarket direct at the Jourdan Place the great thing is that choice of products is good. The staff is friendly even when you go there a few minutes before closing time.

This grocery store haven't found the equilibrium between space and number of items on it's shelves. The store would feel a lot more comfy if half of the items were were removed. Impossible to keep a 1,5 m distance from anybody's, since one person barely fits in the isles...
